Of course, luck has role. But usually, people make their own bad luck by regularly getting trapped in self defeating attitudes and behavior. Let us see what successful people don’t do.

DELUSIONAL THINKING :
Unsuccessful people constantly lie about their own lives. People who habitually lie and are dishonest with others, can be successful – sad, but true. But it’s absolutely impossible to be dishonest with themselves – about where they are in life – and still go forward.
NOT PRODUCING :
Stragglers fail to acquire any useful skill for which some one will play real money. They fail to recognize that people get paid a lot for being able to do some thing that adds value.
PUNISHING FRIENDS :
Unsuccessful people make a habit of being friendly and grateful to those who are helpful to them & disdainful & ungrateful to those who are kind of them. Losers take their friends for granted – at their own peril. Unless you are uniquely talented, there is no such thing as a success without a network of friends & supporters. The inability to make & keep friends is involved in every single failure.
BAD MANNERS :
Unsuccessful people are also routinely rude. They fail to show up on time, to than people for gifts & to apologize for slights & wrongs. They have a condescending air about them. Maybe billionaires can get away being rude. For the rest of us, it’s a guaranteed success killer.
DRESSING FOR FAILURE :
Unsuccessful people habitually dress inappropriately. While they may think they are making a fashion statement, they are really making a visual statement that they don’t belong where they are & that they have contempt for the people who conform.
BAD ATTITUDES :
The unsuccessful often have a sour, pessimistic outlook. They dislike their work & their world, and assumes that everyone around them is dishonest or stupid. They cast a pall over everything & their own despair & infect the people around them. They lack of confidence in themselves – a deep rooted belief that they can’t do much, or do it well.
NEEDLESS ARGUING :
Unsuccessful people like to argue just for the sake of argument. They may think that by doing so, friends & colleagues will be impressed with how clever they are. They couldn’t be more mistaken. This doesn’t mean you have to agree with everything that is being said. But you can’t aggravate other people endlessly & still expect them to help you.
PUTTING FIRST THING LAST :
Unsuccessful people cannot set priorities. The truth is, there’s never enough time to do everything, even everything of genuine importance. Unsuccessful people, never quite learn that setting priorities or giving up things of lesser importance for those of greater importance.
Maybe you have got some of these habits. Remember, winners always know they can change – and they do. But then you already knew that, right ?

After 22 years india had win in Melbourne. It gave pleasure to all cricket fans in india & abroad.Thanks to the "MAN OF THE MATCH " Eshant sharma.

He bowled beautifully troubled all aussi batsman. His annalysys was 9.1 - 38 - 4 . Upcourse all team membar had their contributions in the win.I am congratulating all team here for their fabulas win over worlda best team.

A man decided that he was going to ride a 10-speed bike from Phoenix to Flagstaff. He got as far as Black Canyon City before the mountains just became to much and he could go no farther.
He stuck his thumb out, but after 3 hours hadn't gotten a single person to stop. Finally, a guy in a Corvette pulled over and offered him a ride. Of course, the bike wouldn't fit in the car. The owner of the Corvette found a piece of rope lying by the highway, and tied it to his bumper. He then tied the other end to the bike and told the rider that he would drive slow.
Everything went fine for the first 30 miles. Suddenly, another Corvette blew past them. Not to be outdone, the Corvette pulling the bike took off after the other. A short distance down the road, the Corvettes, both going well over 120 mph, blew through a speed trap.
The police officer noted the speeds from his radar gun and radioed ahead to the another officer that he had two Corvettes headed his way at over 120 mph. He then relayed, "....and you're not going to believe this, but there's a guy on a 10 speed bike yelling to pass."

In a very rare incident, a leopard injured ten people, including a nine-year-old girl, after it strayed into the ganga nagar( Nigdi-Pradhikaran) area of Pimpri-Chinchwad on Tuesday morning. Sadly, the leopard died after it was trapped and taken to the Katraj zoo, raising questions over the circumstances that led to its death. There were reports over the last three days of the leopard moving around the Durga Devi hills,( some people informed about it as a strange animal but they were not sure that it was leopard)which has considerable green cover, as well as near the Madanlal Dhingra stadium. On Tuesday morning, the employees of the Bahinabai Chaudhary zoo received a call that the wild cat was resting in an open area outside a bungalow near Mhalsakant college at Akurdi.

why this happens ?

As man not cares for nature as much as he should, all the open plots are brought under civil use. Very few jungles are left, in jungle also water & food problem.So leopard turn to durga tekadi greeny area and from their came down to the roads of pradhikaran. We should think on the above problem. A WISE MAN ON CAMEL.

This is an old story which my father used to tell us frequently in my childhood. This is about a wise man sitting on camel.
In a village once a wise man came. He was ridding on a camel continuously. He feel insulting if some one asked him to get down. Due to this habit of not getting down from camel he was famous in that area as a man on camel.
He had with him some followers, students. He was a famous personality in that area, people used to say him as a clever man on camel.
One day there was a small problem in that village, the buffalo of one villager put her head into an empty clay pot. This incidence happened near his home.
His friends came to know about this problem, all of them decided to go to wise man on camel for solution. Thus, they went at him and told him all about the buffalo & empty pot. The pot was very good and they wanted to save the pot.
After listening from the villagers the wise man decided to go on spot to look at the problem so that he could give good suggestion. All of them came near the spot. Then he was requested by the villagers to get down for reaching the actual location, he refused for that as it was against his principle. The spot where the buffalo was inside near house, it was impossible to take man with camel as the entrance get was short in height. Then the villagers decided to break down the entrance gate for him to came in, so as the wise man should see the actual problem. Thus the wise man on camel reached near the buffalo. Viewed all situation carefully then told the villagers the solution.
He said that the problem was very easy in fact there was no problem. It’s very simple

Twenty youngsters (forty-plus-Rocking) from Pune have recently successfully completed a challenging bicycle Tour. This is about the tough tour testing them physically & mentally in the adverse condition’s.

Road Track & Schedule:-
First day:- Leh(Ht. from sea level 11480 ft.)-south coloum-khardungla pass (18350 ft.) – Leh - 39km.
Second day: - Leh – lamayaru – nimu – Saspol – Narula –Ultoxpo – khalste – Layamaru – 114km.
Third day:- Layamaru – Photula pass –Hasincoat – Bodhkaru – 43km.
Fourth day:- Bodhkaru – Nakila pass – Wark mulbek – Shergol – Pashkum – Kargil – (10594 ft.) 59km.
Fifth day:- Kargil – Khabru – Thasgan – Dras – Matiyan – 60km.
Sixth day:- Matiyan – Sonmarg – Koolan – Goond – Kangan – Vasan – Gandarbal – Nagbal – Shree Nagar. 84 km.
To make fit & for practice purpose some of the participants used the track of Sinhgad Fourt near Pune. Some of them visited (on 14000.ft.) Amarnath (walking) to get adjusted to the weather conditions.
After some period all the participants reached to Leh. Here they were going to live for two / four days to get adjusted with weather conditions. For this tour, the organizers(p.o.g.s.) arranged two supporting vehicles, for helping the tourist cyclist in between their track, if any problem arises. They had to drink more water due to conditions here.
On 31st Aug 2007 they got bicycles for practice. They were going to travel from Leh to Shrinagar with rented bicycle. The rent of bicycle was Rs.300/- Per day.

On the first day of tour they had a good road 18 km towards Southpullu up to Khardungal, the distance is 39 km in which the height from sea level goes up to 7000 ft. Here on slope the bicycle’s speed per hr. was 5 to 6 km. (very low). While cycling they had to stop for eating or drinking water. From South pullu to Khardungala(18380 ft.) they had to go 3000 ft. high, within 14 km travelling. In this weather oxygen % was low, it was very difficult to travel through, then started the bad road conditions.
While cycling they get hungry, thirsty some time they had to stop for drinking water & eating. Some of them had less practice of cycling & due to low oxyzan the overall speed of traveling was less at last they reached to Khardungala. This is the highest Motor road in the world. Here the team reached on bicycle. Its really great feeling in the mind of participants. Their dream to be on highest Motor road came true. They were very happy there.
They reached to Aalchi their first day's destination.
Leh to Shrinagar is not a down track only there are many ups & down in between Noorula (6,000 ft.) to Photula (13,479 ft.), from their to Bodhkaru (10,000 ft.) to Nakilapass (12,198 ft.) to Zozila smarak (10,200 ft) to Zoziala (11,575 ft) like that ups & downs are there in the road
On the second day in the morning at 8.00 a.m. they left for Lamayaru, on the way, it was very difficult to be on bicycle due to sloppy road
On the next day Kargil to Dras was the route 70 - 80 km they had to travel .Here the road was not much sloppy & the support vehicle was very helpful in meeting the requirements of water & food .Support vehicle is must in such a kind of adventures trip.
Just before Dras there is a statue of warriors & martyrs who were in operation Vijay of Kargil War. Here they have written name of those soldiers who died in the war & short story about war. At this point the participants were sentimental for some time. They spend some time over here in the memories of SHAHID JAWAN.
Now the task was from Dras to Sonmarg, in between there was a Zozila Khind (11,500 ft.). In the beginning the road was good but afterwards the bad road started. After some time the good road came & it was up to Sonmarg.
After Sonmarg to Shrinagar 84 km. The road was in good condition & the mood of participants was good they completed this distance within four hours.
Thus the trip came to a successful end. Age is no barrier, you can do adventure at any age provided that you are physically & mentally fit for the task.

Corporate Boat Race

American automobile company and a Japanese auto company decided to have a competitive boat race on the Detroit River. Both teams practiced hard and long to reach their peak performance. On the big day, they were as ready as they could be. The Japanese team won by a mile. Afterwards, the American team became discouraged by the loss and their morale sagged. Corporate management decided that the reason for the crushing defeat had to be found. A Continuous Measurable Improvement Team of "Executives" was set up to investigate the problem and to recommend appropriate corrective action. Their conclusion: The problem was that the Japanese team had 8 people rowing and 1 person steering, whereas the American team had 1 person rowing and 8 people steering. The American Corporate Steering Committee immediately hired a consulting firm to do a study on the management structure. After some time and billions of dollars, the consulting firm concluded that "too many people were steering and not enough rowing." To prevent losing to the Japanese again next year, the management structure was changed to "4 Steering Managers, 3 Area Steering Managers, and 1 Staff Steering Manager" and a new performance system for the person rowing the boat to give more incentive to work harder and become a six sigma performer. "We must give him empowerment and enrichment." That ought to do it. The next year the Japanese team won by two miles. The American Corporation laid off the rower for poor performance, sold all of the paddles, cancelled all capital investments for new equipment, halted development of a new canoe, awarded high performance awards to the consulting firm, and distributed the money saved as bonuses to the senior executives.

In the inaugural Indian Premier League (IPL) which starts from April 18, BCCI has decided to pay them and some other senior cricketers 10-15% more money than the highest auctioned player of the Twenty20 event. Sources said BCCI has shortlisted five cricketers — Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid, MS Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh — who will be called "icon players" and will be the highest paid players in the league. They will not be auctioned if they have a city team. IPL chairman Lalit Modi confirmed, "This is one of the BCCI suggestions and it awaits the nod of the IPL board. The player bids will take place next month." A top BCCI official added that regular members of the Indian team will probably make Rs 1.2 crore to Rs 2 crore from the 44-day event, with the icon players getting the highest amount. BCCI is expecting Kolkata, Mumbai and Bangalore to host teams for IPL. If Chandigarh doesn't have a city team, Yuvraj will be open for auction. Dhoni too will probably be auctioned.

Austroliya loose by 72 runs.Much more happend in between Sydney to Perth (off the ground things ) Still Indian players kept their cool & performed well on ground.
Before the start of a play much more was written about the pitch. The prediction was that test match will last for three days only & india will loose this series here only.

7 Engineers and 7 Doctors are going from PUNE to Mumbai.So both groups gather at Pune Station. Both groups are desperately trying to prove their superiority . SCENE 1 (PUNE- MUMBAI): -------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------- - 7 engineers take only 1 Ticket and 7 doctors buy all 7 tickets.. Doctors are desperately waiting for TC to come...... When TC arrives , All 7 Engineers get in one toilet so when TC knocks, one hand come out with the ticket and the TC goes Away..... NOW on return Journey All of them don't get a direct Train to PUNE. So they all decide to take a Passenger till Lonavala, from there they can easily get a LOCAL to PUNE SCENE 2 (MUMBAI - LONAVALA): ---------------------------------- ------------------------------ ------------- ----------- Doctors decided, "this time we will prove that we too are equal"....All 7 Doctors take 1 Ticket Engineers don't buy any ticket at all!!!!!.. TC arrives.... ALL DOCTORS IN ONE TOILET.ALL ENGINEERS IN THE OPPOSITE. One engineer gets out and knocks the door of Doctors toilet, One hand comes with the tickets, he takes the ticket and comes in Engg. Bathroo! m... TC DRIVES out ALL the doctors from the toilet and they are heavily fined. SCENE 3 ( LONAVALA): ! ----------------------------------------- SO now both the group r on LONAVALA station. Doctors planning their move for last chance, they board the local to Pune. This time doctors decide that they will play the same (1 ticket) trick. ALL Doctors take 1 tickets...Engineers BUY all 7 tickets this time... SO TC Comes.. All Engineers showed their tickets ................... ..... Doctors are still searching for toilet in the LOCAL train...........
Conclusion: Technically intelligent people are geniuses, don't mess with Engineers.

This is a story of how share market may be working its imaginary.Just take it as a fun

Once upon a time in a village, a new man comes his name (we call him) Suresh.

He gathers all villagers take there meeting.Asked them that he want so many monkeys .You can pick them from sideby area, I will pay Rs. 20/- per monkey cash.All villagers enthausiastc
goes to nearby forest and brings many monkeies.As per his saying he purchase all of them.
At the time of leaving the village he says next time I will come here and then i will pay Rs.40/- per monkey,so be prepared.
After few days Suresh again comes to that village takes all the monkeies over there at the cost of Rs.40/-.Thus now villagers are very happy.Then Suresh says to all villagers that the demand of monkey is increasing I want more monkeis.Next time I will come after a month at that time I will purchase monkey at the rate of Rs.150/-.
The vilagers now are in very happy mood they never can imagin of so high rate . After few days the other monkey trader visit the village his name is Mahesh.He is there to sell monkey for Rs.100/- only. The villagers think that this man is selling the monkey cheaply we will now purchse them and in the next month we will sale the same to Suresh at Rs.150/- So without making any efforts we can earn Rs.50/- per monkey.Mahesh sale all his monkeies in that village
and goes away .
Now all villagers are waiting for Suresh to come there so that they can sale him all monkeies and earn some profit. May be a month or two passes , now the villagers come to know that they are being deceived by Suresh & Mahesh.Suresh never goes to that village again.
Mahesh & Suresh are partners they have first purchse some monkey at the rate of Rs.20 then the other lot at Rs 40/-. so there average price is Rs 30. They have managed to sell the same monkeies at Rs 100/- per monkey Thus they have earn Rs 70/- per monkey .
They will never visit that village again.
Now they are planning to visit another village and use the same sucessfull formula.
This is funny concept of what can be done in share trading here .
Just take it as a joke.
I dont want to hurt any body for that .

This event happend in Pune area near Yerwada

A laundryman had decided marriage of his daughter. A week before he arranged all things like purchasing new cloths for marriage some gold, had kept some cash with him in his drawer of laundry around 50 thousand Rs.

on next day after completing regular work he closed his laundry at night. All his cash & important material of marriage was in the shop. He went home on the same night his laundry got in to fire due to short-circuit .

All his money cloths & other thing was catched by fire.

He came to know about the fire in the morning

when all cash & other things were burned.Now he was helpless he didn't knew what to do?

how to make marriage of daughter ?

But "GOD IS GREAT"

All muhalla wale came together made some contribution each spontaniously & they raised a fund of Rs one lakh plus.They gave all money to him for repairing the shop & making marriage of his daughter(without hope of giving the money return after some days). It was a free gift for him.

He was very happy at the end as he was totally unexpected for what had happend to him.

So one man may not do much but together we can help each other. We can pull sombody from,

the disaster situation if we help as a group.In such kind of help u shold not expect any reward for that.

This news I read in a local news paper which I thaught was touching, I will be very happy to know about your openion.

Honesty recognise by a pooliceman !

May be a month or two month back, this event happened. In a poolice station a girl (teenager) was brought for FIR purpose & the charge on that girl was that she was travelling through a city bus and at the time T.C. came to her & asked for ticket or pass she was unable to show him any. As per rules, the T. C. brought her to police station nearbye. The onduty policeman asked the girl about FIR.
she started crying & told that her money purse was stolen & in that purse she kept her city buspass, mobile , college Identity card ,one hundred Rs note. The policeman very well used to handle criminals, in a minute recognise that the girl is speaking true. Then instead of filling FIR he gave penalty amount to the T.C. of city bus service, from his pocket .
Thus he showed that the policeman can help public & belive in reality
due to this help the girl was very happy that some one believed her & help her in need
"A FRIEND IN NEED IS FRIEND INDEED "
This event happened in Dapodi area of PUNE city
I take the oppertunity here to congratulate the police man.

the following event happened at dapodi railway get. in the evening at crowdy time some peoples were tring to cross at the time of railway coming
one of them a 27 years young man failed on railway track due to fit(may bedue to seviour headache
the train was coming within a fraction of time a railway getman throw himself on that young man picked him from railway track & saved the life of him
i was realy impress with that man.
AAPNE LIYE JIYE TO KYA JIYE TU JI AAI DIL JAMANE KE LIYE
so i m congratulating that getman here
he has done this great work, the great risk he has taken at that moment.
he has taken a quick decision & implemented it very quickly within a fraction of second.he has done it without any expectation.in a press interview he said "I thaught he is like my son & I saved him "
i salute here to such brave person.
we take inspiration from such events around us.
